I'll create a custom design based on the information you provide and email it to you for review.

The Design Process

• Submit your text, logo, artwork, and event details.
• I'll create your custom digital layout.
• Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included.
• Once approved, I'll engrave a sample easel and send you a photograph so you can see the actual size, clarity, and layout before production begins.
• After your final approval, I'll prepare your invoice and begin production once payment is received.

Production begins after full payment is received.

Minimum Pricing

• 10–24 pieces: $14 each
• 25–49 pieces: $12 each
• 50+ pieces: $10 each

Prices shown are minimum pricing. Complex artwork, fine detail, dense text, or designs requiring additional engraving time may increase the final price. If so, I'll let you know during the proof stage before production begins.

Shipping is charged at my reduced shop rate.

Design Setup

• Covers layout, formatting, proof creation, and one engraved sample
• Refunded when you order 50 or more pieces

Complex designs or extensive revisions may require an additional design fee.

Product Details

• Front engraved with your retreat, class, business name, logo, or custom message.
• Back functions as a display easel for artwork, photos, business cards, and other keepsakes.
• Display shelf is approximately 5.84 mm deep.
• Precision laser cut from unfinished natural basswood.
• Light sanding is done where needed before assembly.
• Natural wood grain and color variations make each piece unique.
• Slight laser darkening along edges, interior corners, and back surfaces is a normal part of the laser-cutting process and is not considered a defect.

Custom Order Policy

A photograph of your completed sample will be provided before production begins so you can review the finished appearance of your design.

The engraved sample is created solely for the approval process and remains the property of Sweetwater Cats. It is not included with the purchase of this design setup listing.

Please review your proof carefully. Once approved and production has begun, orders cannot be changed, canceled, or returned.

If an error occurs that was not present in the approved proof, it will be corrected at no additional charge.

Production timing will be confirmed after final approval based on your order size and deadline.
