Refund policy

I want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t quite right with a physical item such as a frame, box, tool, or gift, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Please return items in new condition. Once I receive and inspect the item, I’ll refund the product price to your original payment method or send a replacement. Original shipping isn’t refundable, and you’re responsible for return shipping unless I made an error.

Custom and personalized items, including anything engraved or made specifically for you with names, initials, dates, or custom artwork, are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or with a mistake that is my fault. In those cases I will gladly replace or refund the item.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery using the contact form on my website. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue; if I need photos I’ll let you know how to send them. I’ll either replace the item at no additional cost to you or issue a refund, depending on the situation and your preference.
