Shipping policy

I make and pack each order with care. Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. If there is ever a delay, I will let you know as soon as possible.

Shipping is available worldwide. For orders outside the United States, please contact me using the contact form on my website for a shipping quote and estimated delivery time before you place your order.

For U.S. orders, standard tracked shipping is a flat $6 per order. Orders of $100 or more ship free. Packages are sent by USPS or another major carrier with tracking. Most U.S. orders arrive within about 3–7 business days after they leave my studio, but actual delivery times depend on the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged or seems to be lost in transit, please contact me using the contact form on my website within 7 days of the expected delivery date. I’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue, and if a replacement or refund is needed we’ll decide the best next step together.
